Order Modification and Cancellation
After placing your order, you have a 12-hour window to make changes to the shipping address or the order itself. After this period, the order will be processed with the initially provided information. You may also cancel your order within these 12 hours.
The preparation of your order typically takes between 3 to 5 business days. Once this preparation is complete, the package is shipped immediately. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking details, so you can follow the delivery of your package.
The tracking number, which allows you to track your package in real-time, will be included in the confirmation email. It may take up to 3 business days for the tracking number to become active. Delivery generally occurs within 8 to 20 business days, depending on your location.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the package will be left in your mailbox or, if this is not possible, at a pickup point or your local post office. Once shipped, the responsibility for the package passes to the carrier.

Delivery Zones
We offer worldwide delivery. For orders destined for Switzerland, Belgium, and the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), an additional 7 business days may be required.
Holiday Shipping (Christmas, New Year, etc.)
To receive your orders in time for the holidays, we recommend completing your purchases by November 25th. Although we process orders diligently, seasonal delays are possible. Orders placed after this date may not arrive before Christmas. During the holiday season, order processing and delivery may be extended by up to 7 additional days. Starting December 15th, orders may be delayed and may not be delivered until the end of January. We advise planning your purchases accordingly.
Additional Information
Address Modification: You can modify the shipping address as long as the order has not been shipped. Once the shipment has been made, no further modifications can be made.
Delays: While we aim for a shipping time of 3 to 5 business days, exceptional circumstances may extend this period up to 8 business days. Orders placed on Friday will be processed starting the following Monday, which may shift delivery timelines.
Out of Stock: If a product is out of stock, we will inform you promptly. You will then have the option to wait for the restocking or receive a store credit in the form of a voucher.
Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, refuse it if possible. Otherwise, contact us immediately with detailed photos of the package and the damages so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
Customs Fees: Customs fees may apply to international shipments depending on the regulations of the destination country. These fees, which vary according to local laws, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes: Currently, we cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes via personal delivery services. Packages destined for P.O. box addresses can only be sent through postal services.
