Yes, you have the option to return items from your order within 14 days of the delivery date of your package. Beyond this period, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.

Deliveries, however, depend on the carriers, which means your package can be delivered from Monday to Saturday.

Once your package is shipped, the local shipping company becomes responsible for it. Therefore, we generally do not cover such incidents, as they are beyond our control.
