Return and Refund Policy Duration

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or refund for eligible items. After this period, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. We recommend that you carefully inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if there is an issue.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition as received, including the original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to the address we will provide by email.

Package Validation and Inspection

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. The item must not have been used, and all packaging materials and tags must be included. If you have requested a refund, it will be initiated after the item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Item

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will ask you to send a photo of the item for evaluation before initiating a refund or exchange. If you cannot send a photo, you will need to return the item at your expense for inspection to the address we will provide by email.

Gifted Item

If an item was given as a gift with your order (for example, due to a delay or special offer), it must also be returned if you wish to receive a refund or exchange for part or all of your order.

Return Shipping Costs

Refund Notification

Refund Processing Time

Sale Items

For items on promotion, any refund will be based on the discounted purchase price, not the original price. The refunded amount will reflect the price paid at the time of purchase.

Address Errors

We are not responsible for errors in the delivery address provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the address before finalizing your order. If an error is noticed after confirmation, please contact us promptly, although we cannot guarantee the correction of the address once the order has been shipped.

Additional Information

Order Processing: Orders are processed 12 hours after placement to allow for possible corrections. After this period, modifications or cancellations will only be possible after receipt and return of the order.

Manufacturing Defect: If a product is defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can take the necessary measures. Beyond this period, the order will be considered as compliant.
